We were planning to build a house in Lockeridge Farms. We are also first time home buyers. I happen to run across this information on the newspaper. Is this going to be good for our property value or lower it? Need help with making a decision.
I predict property values increasing due to: easy access to major roads and with the new Exxon campus coming, a need for quality housing/neighborhoods close by. I'm ready for it to be done.
