We are an unincorporated area in Montgomery county with a Spring mailing address, our children go to the Conroe school district, we are inches from Harris county, the Grand Parkway will pass through the center of us which encompasses Houston - but we're not The Woodlands, We're not Spring - We are Bender's Landing, Imperial Oaks, Fox Run, Legends Ranch and Run, Spring Hills, Spring Trails and more!

- I am a resident of Bender's Landing. I lived in Fox run between '77 and 85, then again from '96 to '03. My neighborhood sits almost equidistant between Porter and I-45 and Rayford. 5,000 new homes in 5 years is what I heard a year or two ago - and it looks like we are on track for that. I've been wanting to make this website for a long time - here it goes. Whatever you want to say (keep it clean), whatever you want to sell, show, or just talk about - here 'tis - let's do it!
